As of July 1, 2024, Optimum Professional Property Management, Inc. is officially the management company for Highlands Garden. Optimum’s portal provides important information about the payment of our monthly assessments with materials needed to establish authorization for automatic payments (ACH).
Optimum’s Owners’ Portal which will allow each homeowner to access their secure account. Through this Owners’ Portal, each homeowner can make payments, sign up for the Auto-Pay Program, update their contact information, set up communication preferences, download forms and Association policies, view upcoming events, submit architectural applications, and much more! We are excited about this new technology and expect it will make your interactions with the Association easier, more transparent, and more effective.
