Architectural Standards Update

Following the twenty-eight (28) day review and comment period required by the California Civil Code and after consideration of the comments received from the membership, the Board of Directors adopted the enclosed Architectural Standards at a duly held meeting of the Board of Directors on August 27, 2026.

The newly adopted Architectural Standards set forth specific regulations for Fences, Walls and Hedges, Materials, Windows and Doors, Outlooker Beams, Corbels Painting and Color Revisions and Complementary Siding Materials for Attached Residences and are effective as of the date of adoption.

Please retain these rules along with your other Association documents for future reference. Also, please provide your tenants, if applicable, with a copy so they are aware of the Architectural standards.
