Get to know the approved paint color options for our community.
Every exterior paint project starts with a minor review application to the Architectural Committee. Colors viewed on a computer screen can vary based on your personal computer’s screen calibration. It is important to note that all approved colors are Dunn Edwards paint chips and should be purchased directly from Dunn Edwards.
Attached homes must be the same color, so if you elect to change your home color, both homeowners need to agree to the same color and paint at the same time.
